Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and BILASSO LLC ("Unleaf", "we") for use of the Unleaf app and unleaf.app. By creating an account you agree to them.
1. What Unleaf is — and isn't
Unleaf is a self-help and habit-tracking tool for people quitting kratom and 7-hydroxymitragynine (7-OH). It is not medical care, not a medical device, not therapy, and not a substitute for any of those. Nothing in the app — including the Companion, the withdrawal timeline, the supplement information, or the Analyze feature — is medical advice. Withdrawal can be serious. Talk to a doctor, especially before stopping abruptly after heavy use or taking any supplement or medication.
If you're in crisis, contact emergency services or the SAMHSA helpline (1-800-662-4357) — don't rely on an app.
2. The Companion is an AI
The Companion is powered by an AI language model. It is clearly labeled as AI in the app. It can be wrong, it does not know your medical history, and it is not a person. It includes a safety layer that surfaces crisis resources, but that layer is not a guarantee. Don't use it as your only source of support.
3. Your account
You must be 18 or older. Keep your password private; you're responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time in Settings.
4. Subscriptions
Some features require a paid subscription, billed through Apple or Google. Prices are shown before you buy. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in your App Store or Google Play account settings; cancelling stops the next renewal but doesn't refund the current period, except where required by law or store policy. Free trials, if offered, convert to paid unless cancelled before the trial ends — we'll always say so clearly and never use fake countdowns or pressure tactics.
5. Community rules
The community is anonymous and moderated. You agree not to post anything that sources, sells, or glorifies kratom or other drugs; harasses anyone; or shares someone else's private information. Posts reported by three people are hidden pending review. We may remove content or accounts that break these rules.
6. Your content
You own what you write. You give us a license to store and display it so the app works (e.g. showing your community post to others). We don't claim ownership and we don't use your content for advertising.
7. Acceptable use
Don't reverse-engineer, scrape, overload, or attack the service; don't use it for anything illegal; don't impersonate others.
8. Disclaimers and limits
Unleaf is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any decision you make based on the app. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.
9. Changes and termination
We may update the app or these terms; material changes will be announced in the app. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You can stop using Unleaf at any time.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State in which BILASSO LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located there, unless applicable consumer law gives you the right to another forum.
